Pieter Malan will be central to their batting lineup after his excellent showing last season, where he piled up 365 runs in six innings, averaging 60.83 with a strike rate of 102.24. Clyde Fortuin, who accumulated 180 runs over seven matches, is another player expected to play an important role. 

Michael Copeland and Grant Roelofsen further strengthen the batting order, adding depth and consistency.

The bowling department looks promising with Siyabonga Mahima, who took 6 wickets at an impressive 5.22 economy rate last season, expected to lead the attack. Skipper Neil Brand will lead a side with plenty of talent and will be eager to make an impact himself. Their batting unit will be led by Dewald Brevis, who was their standout performer last season with 372 runs in seven innings, averaging 53.14 with a strike rate of 97.89.

Another key batter will be Keegan Petersen, an experienced middle-order player with over 2,200 List A runs, including four centuries and 14 half-centuries.

All-rounder Matthew Boast is another name to keep an eye on, with his ability to contribute in both departments. Meanwhile, Andile Phehlukwayo, with 169 List A wickets at an average of 30.67, will spearhead the bowling attack. He’ll get from Tsepo Ndwandwa and Merrick Brett, who will be expected to deliver key breakthroughs.
