Australia Domestic Cup is one of the oldest one day tournaments in the cricket circuit which dates back to 1969 when it first started. New South Wales are one of the successful teams in history and they will looking to continue their legacy with yet another win in this season. Tasmania have never won the title in the last decade and their best run since 2009/10 victory is the runners up position in 2018/19 season. We expect both teams to fight hard for the first points of the season.

Weather Conditions

Melbourne is expected to have slightly dark and cloudy weather during the match. And it is expected to have intermittent rains and some rain delays in the match. We expect pacers to play a big role in this match with overcast conditions.

NSW vs TSC Pitch Report

Melbourne will be hard and flat and batting will be easy in the match. The pitch might spice up as the matches progresses helping the bowlers effectively.

Toss: To Bowl

Teams will opt to bowl first in the pitch as the pitch will be very good for batting as the match progresses.

New South Wales have players playing aggressively at the top and middle order as an unit. They have a good pace attack but lack depth in spin department barring Chris Green. Tasmania batters are struggled to convert their starts failed to make a big score except Beauster. Their bowlers performed well in the last match but were unlucky to defend a paltry total last match. We expect New South Wales to win this match.

New South Wales will win the match!
