The Hundred Women tournament has started with some nail-biting finishes. While last season’s champions Oval Invincibles Women are still at the top of the points table this season, the bottom-placed Birmingham Phoenix Women have again found themselves at the bottom after losing the first two games. They will now face Trent Rockets Women in the ninth game of this season at Trent Bridge, Nottingham on 31st July. The game will start from 7:30 pm onwards.

Birmingham Phoenix Women suffered another loss of the season against London Spirit Women at The Lords. Bowling first Birmingham Women gave 147 runs in 100 deliveries. The ninth game of the Hundred (Women) will be played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham on 31st July. The game will start from 7:30 pm onwards. The venue has hosted 68 Tests, 53ODIs & 15 T20Is.
In 15 T20Is the team defending the target has won 9 times. In the 13 games of this competition in the first three seasons, the team batting first has won on 13 occasions. The team winning the toss should bat first here.
Trent Rockets Women will be desperate to make a comeback after their loss in the last game. They have a balanced unit as compared to Birmingham Phoenix Women. BPW have lost their first two games and have found themselves in the same shoes as last season. They don’t have any reliable batter if we exclude Ellyse Perry. On the other hand, Nat Sciver-Burnt is in form for Trent Rockets Women in another season.
We predict that Trent Rockets Women will defeat Birmingham Phoenix Women.
