Having already secured the title, Liverpool manager Arne Slot made changes for their recent match against Chelsea, resulting in a 3-1 defeat, ending their three-game winning streak. Despite this loss, Liverpool's overall form remains strong with seven wins in their last ten league games and a remarkable 31 consecutive matches scoring at least once. 

At Anfield, their dominance is clear with seven straight wins and a 15-game unbeaten run, scoring two or more goals in all but one of those matches. While the Chelsea defeat was insignificant in the title race, Liverpool now aim to maximize their points total in their remaining games. 

Which will also mark Trent Alexander-Arnold's farewell. He is expected to start on the bench as Liverpool seek their eighth consecutive home victory, having scored at least twice in 14 of their last 15 home league matches. 

Despite making changes last week, Mohamed Salah continues to play, aiming to extend his Golden Boot lead. Conor Bradley is set to start at right-back, with Joe Gomez still sidelined. Apart from Gomez and Tyler Morton, Liverpool have a fully fit squad. Manager Slot is expected to field a stronger lineup compared to the Chelsea game. Virgil van Dijk is poised to reach 300 Premier League appearances, becoming the fourth Dutchman to do so.

Arsenal enter this Anfield clash reeling from their Champions League semi-final exit to PSG. Prioritizing Europe recently impacted their league form, with only one win in their last five Premier League matches, including a loss to Bournemouth. 

However, they boast an impressive 12-game unbeaten away league run. Despite their European disappointment, the Gunners are determined to secure second place in the league. While their recent record against Liverpool is decent, they haven't won at Anfield since 2012, adding another layer of difficulty as they aim to bounce back from their continental heartbreak and solidify their Champions League qualification for next season. 

Arsenal have welcomed back Riccardo Calafiori and Jorginho from injury, who featured against PSG. Jurrien Timber and Martin Odegaard have also recovered from knocks. However, Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Magalhaes, Takehiro Tomiyasu, and Kai Havertz remain sidelined, though Havertz is nearing a return. 

Calafiori could start over Myles Lewis-Skelly, while Leandro Trossard, with three goals in his last three league games and a substitute appearance against PSG, is one to watch for the Gunners.
