It has been an inspiring campaign for Tahlia McGrath's side in their title defense. They have dominated the season from the start and have always been the team to defeat. Senior players in the team have done well in tight situations, and McGrath would like to build on that in this game. She will expect a good show from her players to lift the trophy for the second consecutive year.  

Katie Mack and Laura Wolvaardt are among the top run-getters and will look to deliver a good start in this contest. Bridget Patterson has done well and adds strength to this middle order. She will look to build partnerships with McGrath and Madeline Penna. The side has depth in its batting and shall expect runs from Georgia Adams, Danielle Gibson, and Amanda-Jade Wellington. 

Megan Schutt and Anesu Mushangwe have enjoyed a good run this year and will look to strike early in this game. Danielle Gibson, Amanda-Jade Wellington, and Jemma Barsby have important roles in the middle overs as Brisbane Heat batters are in good form. McGrath and Georgia Adams add depth to this attack.

The side has gathered form with three consecutive wins. They don't have a good record against the Adelaide Strikers Women. Jonassen would like to improve on that and grab their record third title.  

Grace Harris and Georgia Redmayne come into this game in good form, and the pair will look to deliver a good start in this decider. The middle order batted well in the previous game, and the side will look for a good show from Amelia Kerr, Mignon du Preez, and Laura Harris. Charli Knott, Jess Jonassen, and Georgia Voll are good hitters, adding firepower to this batting lineup.  

Nicola Hancock will feel confident after her excellent show in the last game, and she must strike early, sharing the new ball with Jonassen.
