Bangladesh Women Preview

Nigar Sultana's side played miserably in the ODIs. The batting lineup failed to cross the 100-run mark in the three games the side played, which hurt their confidence. They are up against the strongest team in the world, and Sultana will expect a spirited show from her players to challenge the Australians.  

Their batters have been in awful form, and the team will need a good start in this game from Sobhana Mostary and Fargana Hoque. The middle order has failed to deliver, and Sultana must build partnerships with Murshida Khatun and Fahima Khatun. They will also expect runs in the lower middle order from Ritu Moni and Shorna Akter.  

The bowling attack will have more responsibility due to the lack of form among the batters. Nahida Akter and Fahima Khatun must do well with the new ball, as the Australians have a strong batting lineup. Rabeya Khan must do well in the middle overs with Shorna Akter. Marufa Akter and Fahima Khatun will look to keep the scoring under check.
