Bengaluru Blasters’ poor run of form came to an end with their skipper leading from the font in the last game as they scored 188-5 batting first. After losing their first wicket for just 7 runs, Mayank Agarwal and Dega Neschal built a 122-run partnership for the 2nd wicket.
Shubang Hegde also played a good hand at number 5 and was crucial in taking the team score to 188 after the two set batsmen were back in the hut.
These three along with wicket-keeper batsman Suraj Ahuja will be the key players in the Bengaluru batting lineup to watch out for. Blasters will have realized now just how powerful partnerships can be.
