After winning the first game with a spirited fightback, Australia will now face England in the second ODI at Headingley, Leeds on 21sT September from 14:30 onwards. The visitors have taken a 1-0 lead in the five-match ODI series and will be looking forward to continuing the unbeaten streak against the hosts.
The Tent Bridge ODI saw the battle between two unconventional left-handed openers, Ben Duckett & Travis Head with the latter having an upper hand. Batting first, England ed 315 runs on the board. Duckett missed his century by just 5 runs. For Australia, it was a difficult game as their bowler Ben Dwarshuis got injured in the first innings. But Marnus Labuschagne kept the battle alive picking three wickets for 39. He got help from Head who also picked two wickets.

Bethell scored 35 with the bat and took a wicket of Cameroon Green.
Jofra Archer will lead the bowling attack with Matthew Potts and Brydon Carse. The trio were expensive in the first game and picked one wicket collectively. England will still bet on Archer who has 42 wickets in 22 ODIs at an average of 23. England might face the result of their inexperienced bowling attack as Potts and Carse average above 40. Adil Rashid will be the only spin option. Rashid has 199 wickets in 136 ODIs but went wicketless in the first one.
