A new-look Bangla Tigers Mississauga will be keen on making a winning start to their 2024 GT20 Canada campaign. They have made some big changes to their squad including a new skipper.
Shakib Al Hassan will be leading the side and has some very experienced players in the squad for . They’ve signed in Iftikhar Ahmed and David Wiese who are quality all-rounders with the latter being more reliable with the ball.
However, this year, the Bangla Tigers have gone big with local players in the all-rounders’ department. Pargat Singh, Tajinder Dhillon, and Gurpal Sidhu are other all-rounders who are likely to feature in the XI.
UAE’s star batter Muhammad Waseem has also ed the squad and will be one to watch out for. He’s made some big contributions to his national side in recent years and has emerged as a reliable T20 batter.
The Afghan openers Rahanullah Gurbaz and Hazratullah Zazai should make it to the XI as opening batters. Both of them are known for their big-hitting and the former has recently been part of a title-winning IPL franchise.
