New Star Club Preview

It has been two rain washouts for the New Star Club. Arun Sonar and his team would look to take the field for the first time this season and aim for a win. They have a strong batting lineup and the side would expect a good show from the bowling attack and earn their points.  

Arun Sonar must lead from the front and deliver a good start in the game along with Hirok Jyoti Deka. Ziabur Rahman will look to do well in the middle order and add runs with Jugal Krishna Nath and Dipankar Gogoi. Rajiv Kalita and Subrata Das must do well in the lower middle order.  

The bowling attack will face a tough challenge in the game and the team expects a good show with the new ball from Rakesh Das and Mudassir Alam. Rajiv Kalita and Subrata Das must do well in the middle overs. The team will also need a good performance from Piyush Kamati and Imran Sheikh in the ing role.

Pushparaj Sharma’s team made a strong comeback in the last game after starting the season with a loss. They shall go into this contest with confidence. The side defeated Ankurjyoti Club in the last game by 3 runs. Sharma will look for another win to improve their position on the points table.  

Dibash Hazarika batted well in the last game, and he must deliver a good start with Abhilash Kumar Maurya. Mukut Kalita is the key player at No. 3, and he must do well in the middle order with Bhaskar Kalita and Tushar Saha. Manikarna Sarma and Bikash Kumar Das will look to do well in the lower middle order.
