This has been an excellent Men's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier B and with UAE being the table-toppers and guaranteed a place in the top two already, there is a brilliant fight for the second final spot between Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
Qatar lost for the first time in the tournament when they took on UAE on Tuesday and they would have been the team guaranteed to make the top two if they had won that match. They now need to bounce back immediately or risk losing that grip on second place.
Saudi Arabia looked out of the tournament after losing to Bahrain and UAE from their two openers but they have come out of the clashes with Bhutan, Cambodia and Thailand on six points and are still fighting!

Losing to UAE is no disgrace although Qatar would have fancied their chances of topping the table and beating the tournament favourites in Match 18! However, now they must bounce back immediately with both bat and ball.
Against UAE, the batters put in a decent performance, bowled out for 177 when chasing down an unlikely target of 207. So if there is to be any major improvement in this game, the bowlers will need to do it!
Only Muhammad Jabir, Arumugaganesh Nagarajan and Ikramullah Khan come into this match after taking a wicket in the last game. Khan, Muhammad Tanveer and Mohammad Ahnaff all made scores of 40+ and will fancy their chances of a big score in this clash.

Although Saudi Arabia made it three wins from their last three in the competition with a convincing 5 wicket victory with 8 balls remaining against Thailand in their last match, very few experts are backing them to continue their streak against Qatar.
However, Zain Ul Abidin (2/19) comes into the game in strong form and Abdul Wahid will fancy getting a couple more overs in after taking 2/10 from his only over against Thailand.
With the bat, Faisal Khan is the clear form player after he hit 34 from 22 balls, hitting five fours and one six in the last game. There are also plenty of runs in the middle order with the likes of Usman Khalid, Manan Ali and Zain Ul Abidin capable of scoring big.

The forecast is for a top temperature of 26 degrees in Doha with rain expected in the late afternoon. By that time the game should be completed and there will also be high humidity throughout.
This is a good batting wicket although it is only really UAE who have shown their class, as well as some local knowledge, and posted the big totals. A par score will be around 150-160 on a pitch which will give consistent bounce and carry.
The pitch is unlikely to deteriorate across this T20I so it will come down to the preference of the captains. We expect both skippers to walk out to the middle wanting to bowl first if they win the toss.
Although both teams are still in the running for the top two spot, it would be a big upset if Saudi Arabia were to get the better of Qatar. In front of their home fans, we are backing Qatar to win and put a result up which will see them advance to the final.
