Delhi Capitals vs Lucknow Super Giants will be the 4th fixture in IPL 2025 which is scheduled to take place on Monday at the ACA International Cricket Stadium. The two teams have a hidden rivalry this year because of a major exchange among the players.

During the IPL 2025 mega auctions, the former Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant was bought by Lucknow Super Giants and later he was made the new captain of the team. Similarly, Lucknow Super Giants’ former skipper KL Rahul was bought for by the Delhi Capitals team management during the auctions but, according to the reports, he denied the leadership duties and hence Axar Patel would be the leading man.

A fresh start for Rishabh Pant under a new team management will be the primary attraction in the fixture. He has been a competent batsman, but as a captain, Rishabh Pant has yet to showcase his true colours.

Lucknow Super Giants also boast the presence of Aiden Markram, David Miller, Matthew Breetzke, and Mitchell Marsh in the squad. They have good depth in their batting unit and it will act as a strength for the team. On the bowling front, Lucknow has Ravi Bishnoi, Shamar Joseph, Akash Deep, and Avesh Khan.
