The top three positions in the batting order pick themselves for Delhi Bulls who will open with Quinton de Kock and James Vince before Rilee Rossouw comes in at first drop. We then expect to see a fluid middle order for the Bulls who will want the powerful Rovman Powell to come in and tee-off from the first ball he faces. The experience of former England international Ravi Bopara will be critical as the 38 year old, who was in fine form in white ball cricket during the last English summer, could come to the crease at number four or could find himself entering the contest as low as number eight!

The tall England pace bowler, Richard Gleeson, is likely to open the bowling for Delhi Bulls and we can expect him to bowl back of a length and to test the batters with a mixture of pace on and slower balls. But his variations are likely to be put in the shade by his team-mate, Dwayne Bravo, who at 40 years of age has picked up 619 wickets in the T20 format. Fazalhaq Farooqi is another pace bowler who will cause problems with the youthful spin option of Dunith Wellalage likely to turn the ball a great deal on this pitch.
