Hambantota Bangla Tigers Preview

Mohammad Shahzad will open the innings with Kusal Perera. Perera scored 33 runs off 15 deliveries in the first game after he went for a golden duck in the first. The turbo-aggresive player has a strike rate of 131 in T20Is. Shahzad failed to score in the last game but his strike rate of 132 in T20s make him an ideal batter to open the innings. Skipper Dasun Shanaka will come at number three. Shanaka is the leading run getter of the Bangla Tigers. He scored a half-century off just 16 balls in the first game followed by 20 runs off 10 balls in their win against Nuwara Eliya Kings. He will be the batter to watch out for.

Shevon Daniel will come in the middle with Sabbir Rehman and Tharindu Ratnayake. Daniel scored 17 off 12 deliveries in the last game while Rehman scored crucial 11 runs to help Tigers win the game by 7 wickets. Rehman has a strike rate of 120 in T20s. The middle-order of Hambantota Bangla Tigers is less experienced and can cause a problem against Kandy Bolts.
