India made it another four wicket win to lead this ODI series 2-0 with just this remaining game in Ahmedabad to go. For the hosts, the series has already been an excellent exercise as they ramp up their preparations for the ICC Champions Trophy later this month, whereas for England, this tour has been something of a disaster, losing six of the seven matches across T20Is and ODIs.
Ahmedabad is a city where India have an excellent record across all formats and England have also struggled at the venue so it could well be another triumph for the hosts on Wednesday!
Both teams do have form players with India's captain Rohit Sharma along with Shubman Gill and Ravindra Jadeja impressing. For England, only really Ben Duckett and Joe Root can be said to be playing anywhere near their top level.
England are desperate for a win but it will be an uphill challenge on Wednesday in this final game of the series.

After winning the series opener by four wickets and with 68 balls remaining in Nagpur, India opted to make two changes for the second ODI with Virat Kohli returning alongside spinner Varun Chakravarthy who made his ODI debut. Jashasvi Jaiswal, who himself had debuted in the opener, missed out along with left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav.
Those changes show just how much depth India have in this format and it was no surprise to see them beat England again, with the result not looking in doubt throughout the entirety of the chase!
Expect the likes of Kohli, Harduk Padya and KL Rahul to be pushed up the order a little in this game to give them as much opportunity as possible to maximise time in the middle ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy. Harshit Rana and Mohammed Shami are both likely to play again as they look to build up their fitness ahead of the tournament.
The Indian vice captain has had a phenomenal series so far where he has scored 60 runs in the last match, after scoring a scintillating match winning knock of 87 runs in the 1st ODI at Nagpur. He will be playing at a familiar venue, where he has scored bulk of the runs in the shorter format and we back Gill to continue his good run of form in today's match and score over 35 runs.

England's torrid tour of India will conclude after this game and coach Brendan McCullum will be hoping that he can inspire his charges to the second win of the trip! He should have a strengthened side for this game with pace bowler Jofra Archer coming back after being rested in Cuttack and keeper-batter Jamie Smith now fully fit after a calf issue had sidelined him over the previous ten days.
There are some positives for England with all of the top six making scores between 26 and 69 on Sunday, including Ben Duckett and Joe Root making half-centuries. They really need someone to kick on in this ODI though and help their bowlers who have struggled to keep the lid on India's run-scoring when chasing.
Adil Rashid has been consistent, as has Jamie Overton but England will be hoping that the duo of Mark Wood and Jofra Archer can really cause problems with pace in Ahmedabad.
Ben Duckett scored 65 & 32 runs in the two matches played in the ODI series so far. The left hander has attacked the Indian bowlers and provided fast starts in both the matches. Given his current form, we back him to come good in today's match and score over 26 runs.

According to the forecast, this game will start with the temperature at 28 degrees, and in spite of being a day-nighter, also finish with the same temperature. In the meantime it will get as high as 32 degrees on a day which will be cloudless.

Average TurnThe Narendra Modi Stadium has been a spinners paradise in some Test matches previously but in ODIs and T20s it tends to be an excellent surface for batting on. As a result, we expect to see a strong batting surface with a par score of 350+.
India and England won one coin toss each this series, for today's match we predict the luck to be in favour of the home team and predict India to win the coin toss.
England have lost both games in the series after winning the toss and choosing to bat first. Therefore, we predict that whoever wins the toss ahead of this ODI will elect to bowl first.
Although India have got over the winning line with only four wickets remaining in both games, they have had plenty of balls in the locker and have generally looked like a far more complete team than England in these conditions. We do not expect anything to change in this game and are predicting another victory to give India a 3-0 series victory.
We are backing India to win!
