This inaugural season of the International Masters League continues to deliver entertaining contests and this match-up between India Masters and Australia Masters could well be another one.
So far in this campaign, India Masters have been streets ahead of the rest and apart from a narrow victory over Sri Lanka Masters in the first game of the tournament, have enjoyed very easy wins over England Masters and South Africa Masters.
Australia Masters came into this competition with many pundits tipping them for success but so far Shane Watson has been unable to muster a victory for his side.
They have had two narrow defeats but they can expect no favours against the all-conquering hosts in this fixture.

It was a case of another game, another easy victory for India Masters when they took on South Africa Masters in their last game and once again they will be taking on a team who is yet to put a point on the board in the tournament!
Although Sri Lanka Masters were playing their opening game, the other two, South Africa Masters and England Masters had both already experienced defeats and there will certainly be far more confidence in India Masters' dressing room ahead of this game compared to that of Australia Masters.
Sachin Tendulkar has been a little inconsistent with his scores but Ambati Rayudu was the key man at the top of the order in the last game with Rahul Sharma alongside Yuvraj Singh both taking three wickets in the win over South Africa Masters.
India Masters have been very impressive so far in this competition and few expect any drop off in this game.

Australia Masters have a team of talented and tough players but they will have been left wondering what on earth do they need to do to record a win after they posted 217/4 and then took seven wickets but were still beaten by Sri Lanka Masters in their last game!
With the bat, there were standout performances from Shaun Marsh (77 runs from 49 balls), Ben Dunk (56 runs from 29 balls) and Dan Christian who smashed 34 runs from just 13 deliveries. Captain Shane Watson is still able to hit the ball very powerfully and we expect him to take on the attacking role at the top of the order once again in this game.
Ben Laughlin was the standout performer in the bowling attack in the last match although Ben Hilfenhaus again showed that he still has the ability to bowl consistent areas and find assistance from the pitch.
Overall, this is a good Australia Masters side but they will need their best performance of the competition if they are to trouble India Masters.
Williamson scored a valiant half century (81 runs) against India. He seem to have regained his form after two low scores in the tournament. On a big stage in a crucial knockout game and at a venue where he averages 191 and scored 191 runs in 2 matches. We back Williamson to play an impactful knock and score over 35 runs.

According to the forecast there will be clear skies from start to finish of this game in Vadodara. The temperature will still be over 25 degrees even at the end of this match.

Average TurnAlthough some of the weaker sides have struggled to post decent totals, this is a good batting wicket. There is good pace in the surface and we predict a par total of over 200.
We back South Africa to win the coin toss in the second semi-final of ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
The average total match score in last two completed ODI's at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore is 675. The surface at Lahore offers assistance to the batters with a little bit of grass and a flat track. Both batting units are in good form and we predict a high scoring affair.
Both teams will be comfortable doing either but with Australia losing when batting first in both games so far, we expect both captains to choose to bowl if they win the toss.
Australia Masters have been competitive in both fixtures during this tournament but have not quite had the ability to get over the winning line. We expect them to be in this contest once again but with home advantage and due to their form so far in the tournament we are predicting another victory for India Masters.
We are backing India Masters to win!
