Basil Thampi's team suffered a 7-wicket loss in the last game against the Thrissur Titans. The team has struggled with consistency this season and must deliver a strong performance here. They lost against the Trivandrum Royals earlier in the season and shall look to avenge that loss and move up on the points table.  

Anand Krishnan and Jobin Joby will look to deliver a good start at the top, as they have done well this year.
