Mysore Warriors Preview

Karun Nair's side is one win away from booking a berth in the semifinal. They defeated the Mangalore Dragons in the last game by 7 wickets in the last game and have moved to the second spot on the points table. They had defeated the Bengaluru Blasters in an earlier game, and Nair and his men would like to draw inspiration from that win and reach the semis.  

Ravikumar Samarth and Bharath Dhuri will look to take on the Blasters' weak bowling attack and lay a strong platform at the top. Nair and Lankesh KS batted well in the last game, and the side would like to see them build partnerships with Shoaib Manager. Shivkumar Rakshit, Manoj Bhandage, and Jagadeesha Suchith strengthen the batting line-up.  

The side did a good job with the ball in the last game, and they will expect wickets with the new ball from Monish Reddy and Gautam Mishra. Jagadeesha Suchith has been in good form, and he will look to trouble the batters in the middle overs with Muralidhara Venkatesh. Shreesha Achar, Samarth, and Bhandage add variety to this attack.

There seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel for Mayank Agarwal's side. They went down by 5 wickets in the last game against the Gulbarga Mystics and continue to search for their first win of the tournament. They are out of content for the next round, and Agarwal must lead from the front and end this losing spree.  

Mayank Agarwal has to set the order as he opens the batting with Bhuvan Raju in this game. Dega Nischal must improve his strike rate at No. 3 and add runs in the middle order with Shubhang Hegde and Lochan Appanna. The lower middle order hasn't contributed, and the side will need a good show from Suraj Ahuja, Sarfaraz Ashraf, and Aman Khan in this contest.  

The bowling attack has failed throughout the season, and the side will need good spells from Gaurav and LR Kumar with the new ball. Hegde and Tanish Mahesh must bowl in the right areas to keep the scoring rate under check. Sarfaraz Ashraf and Rishi Bopanna must shine in the ing role.
