Host New Zealand will face Pakistan in the fourth T20I of the five-match series at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Sunday.

After securing four wins in a row, New Zealand will enter dead rubber looking to complete a whitewash over Pakistan. After another complete performance on Friday at the Hagley Oval, interim captain Mitchell Santner will be hoping that the side can continue their winning ways against Pakistan in this series finale.

After losing four consecutive matches, Pakistan will enter Sunday’s fixture with low confidence. The management will be concerned with the lack of runs from the likes of Saim Ayub, Fakhar Zaman and Iftikhar Ahmed.

The home team have an unassailable 4-0 lead in the series. They won the first fixture by 46 runs, second by 21 runs, and third and fourth by 45 run and seven wickets respectively.

NZ vs PAK Pitch Report

The Hagley Oval in Christchurch is going to host the fifth and final match of the T20I series between New Zealand and Pakistan.

Toss: To Bowl

Both the sides will be keen to win the toss, bowl first and restrict the opposition to less than 165 runs. The previous match played at Hagley Oval was won by side batting second.

The last couple of matches once again showed that there is a vast difference between the qualities of both teams. Lack of the runs from the middle-order has been the weakness for the green shirts.

Therefore, the prediction is for New Zealand to win the final fixture and complete the series sweep.
