Hambantota Bangla Tigers Preview

After seeing keeper-batter Mohammad Shahzad hit 52 runs from only 18 balls at the top of the order against Kandy Bolts, Hambantota Bangla Tigers did not look back and cruised to a 47 run victory in their last game.

They will be looking for a similar strong start in this clash with Shahzad's opening partner, Kusal Perera, keen to contribute after he was dismissed for a two-ball duck in Match 13.

There are other batting stars in the team and captain Shanaka showed his ability with 4x sixes and 2x fours in his 15 ball innings.

With the ball, Tharindu Ratnayake will struggle to replicate his figures of 4/10 but Shanaka and Richard Gleeson will also bring plenty of experience into this game.
