With the top four going through to the play-offs in this year's SA20, both Joburg Super Kings and Sunrisers Eastern Cape are currently on track to go through to the next stage. However, placed in third and with only two defeats in the competition so far, the Sunrisers currently have one foot in the last four already!
Many pundits would describe this part of the group stage as the 'business end' with the teams finding their real positions and two sides being given the chop from the competition. This is Match 25 and after this contest we have only five more fixtures before the play-offs begin.
Points are valuable throughout the tournament but right now they are particularly so!

Joburg Super Kings picked up their second win of the tournament with a 10 wicket (DLS) victory with 14 balls remaining against MI Cape Town on Monday in a game which also saw T20 veteran and Super Kings' skipper Faf du Plessis finally find some form at the top of the order.
For all the joy of their 10 wicket win, it has to be tempered somewhat by the nature of the game which was reduced to an eight-over a-side match due to the wet weather. And whether Joburg Super Kings can re-produce the batting firepower across 20 overs at the Wanderers Stadium on Wednesday remains to be seen.
Either way, the Super Kings should have no issues with new injuries or tired bodies after the shortened game to start this week.

After convincing wins over Durban's Super Giants and Pretoria Capitals in Match 12 and Match 15, Sunrisers Eastern Cape suddenly came unstuck in their rematch with the Capitals as they fell to a narrow 3 run defeat. Losing a tight match can sometimes see a season spiral out of control but the Sunrisers managed to regain their composure in Match 20 in which it was their turn to sneak over the line and record a 4-run victory against MI Cape Town.
Half centuries from Tom Abell and Aiden Markram did the damage with the bat before Ottniel Baartman continued his strong bowling form to take the side to victory.
Sunrisers' earlier match in this tournament against the Super Kings was abandoned without a ball bowled and they will be determined to get on the field and add another win to their list for this season.

Players, organisers and spectators will be delighted to hear that no rain is forecast in Johannesburg on Wednesday evening. Clear skies will be the order of the day in the first innings with some cloud coming in across the second innings.
In spite of its history and reputation as a fast bowling paradise, the pitch has slowed a little over the course of this SA20. It is thought to be a little two paced and that could mean some catches in the ring on both sides.
We have seen the winners come from the team fielding first in the last two T20 games at this venue so we predict that both skippers will choose to bowl first if they win the toss ahead of this game.
Although the Super Kings came out on top in the shortened fixture with MI Cape Town, they have generally struggled in this year's SA20. On the other hand, Sunrisers have been one of the top teams to watch. For that reason, we are predicting a victory for Sunrisers Eastern Cape on Wednesday.
We are backing Sunrisers Eastern Cape to win.
