Nihal Ullal's team didn't get the start the side would have expected. In a rain-curtailed game, the side went down by 7 runs against the Mysore Warriors. The top order failed in the last game, and Ullal expected a better show from them in this game. He will look to lead the side from the front and earn the first points this season.  

Nihal Ullal didn't score in the last game and will look to deliver a good start with Rohit K. Abhinav Manohar was the top-scorer in the last game, and he will look to add runs in the middle order with S Shivraj and Avinash D. Bharath Dhuri and Dhruv Prabhakar must do well in the lower middle order.

Shreyas Gopal's side went down against the Hubli Tigers in their first game by 15 runs. It was a poor show from the bowlers as they allowed the opponents to run away with the game. An experienced campaigner, Gopal will put this loss behind him and get the team's campaign back on track.  

Macneil Noronha and Rohan Patil started well in the last game, and the team needs a good start from this pair. Nikin Jose, Krishnamurthy Siddharth, and Lankesh KS are key players in the middle order and must do well. Pranav Bhatia and Sagar Solanki add strength to this batting lineup.
