Mangalore Dragons Preview

Krishnappa Gowtham's side fought well in the last game against the table-toppers Hubli Tigers, but it wasn't enough in the end as the side went down by 5 wickets. They sit fourth on the points table and must win this game by a big margin to book a berth in the semi-final. They had lost against the Mystics earlier in the tournament and shall need a better show in this game.  

Sharath BR and Rohan Patil played well in the last game, and the side will need a better show from them in this game. Krishnamurthy Siddharth is in good form, and the side will expect a good show from him in the middle order, along with Thippa Reddy and Anirudha Joshi. Naveen MG and Gowtham must add quick runs toward the end for the side to reach a big score.   

Aditya Goyal and Sankalp Shettennavar have struggled with the new ball, and the side shall need better spells from them in this game. Paras Gurbaux Arya and Anand Doddamani must bowl good spells in the middle overs, as the Mystics have a strong batting line-up. Vijaykumar Vyshak's side went down by 8 wickets in the last game against the Mysore Warriors. It was a poor show from their bowlers that cost them the game after the batsmen had put up a decent total on the board. Vyshak will expect a better show from his players as they look to confirm a berth in the next round.   

Aadarsh Prajwal and LR Chethan have batted well in the last few games, and the side will expect a good show from them in this game. In the middle order, the side will expect a good show from Macneil Hadley Noronha, Aneesh KV, and Smaran R. They will need quick runs from Srinivas Sharath and Avinash D to reach a good score.
